Orion Software, LLC and its subsidiaries collect, use, and disclose personal information through their Platform, which includes websites, mobile applications, APIs, kiosks, and related services. This policy explicitly excludes job applicants, employees, and delivery partners.

Users agree to this policy's terms by accessing the Platform.

Updates to Privacy Policy

Orion Software may modify this policy and will post changes with an updated effective date. Material changes trigger additional notice through Services or other legally required means. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance; users may close accounts to object.

Location Information: Collected via GPS, WiFi triangulation, IP approximation, and Google Maps API. Used for content customization, delivery facilitation, fraud prevention, and analytics. Mobile users can opt-out through device settings.

Tracking Technologies: Cookies, web beacons, scripts, and mobile SDKs collect data to remember preferences, identify across devices, monitor effectiveness, diagnose problems, and prevent fraud.

1.3 Data from Other Sources

Third-party sites sharing information include social networks like Facebook and Google when users log in or share content. Data received depends on those third parties' policies and your privacy settings on external platforms.

4. Control Over Your Personal Information

Profile Settings: Update information in the Account section at any time.

Device Access and Push Notifications: Device settings control location access and push notification permissions. You may withdraw permission for the app to access your location data through device settings, though IP-based approximation continues.

Communication Preferences: Unsubscribe links in promotional emails allow opt-out. Service-related communications cannot be declined. SMS/MMS preferences are adjustable in Account settings.

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Data Storage and Transfer: Information is stored and processed in the United States. Non-U.S. users consent to U.S. transfer. If you are located in the European Union, we may transfer information to a country that does not have the same data protection laws.

Security Measures: Physical, administrative, and technological safeguards protect information integrity. No system is impenetrable. Users must change passwords frequently, use secure browsers, and report compromised credentials to us immediately.

6. Children's Personal Information

The Platform is not directed to children under 13. Inadvertently collected information from minors is deleted promptly. Report suspected collection to info@orionsoftware.co.

7. Third-Party Websites

This policy does not apply to linked third-party websites, plugins, or applications. Consult their privacy notices for their practices.

8. Region Specific Disclosures

Nevada: Chapter 603A permits opt-out of information sales. Submit requests to info@orionsoftware.co with subject line "Nevada opt-out."
